In the 20th century, 1000 Nigerian money has a lot of value

In the 1990s which is the late 20th century. In other words, the second millennium. I could remember we still spend coins N1, 50kobo even 25k.

The eradication of the coins leads to a devaluation of our highest note N1,000.

Now, we are in the 21st century.

I manage to spend a thousand naira for the day-to-day feed of which our forefathers can use to build a house then.

I saw a 200 naira note in the gutter last night and I couldn’t pick it because I felt is value doesn’t worth the stress.
